Shipping & Return Policy
We strive to keep our shipping prices as affordable as possible. Living in Alaska, we have really learned to appreciate those who offer reasonable shipping rates.
We ship most US orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the order, as well as which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible. The risk of loss and title for all Products purchased via the Site pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
Standard orders are shipped Monday-Friday from our warehouse in Alaska; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. All orders are currently shipped within a 2-7 business day order processing time. Joy-Mail ships once monthly regardless of order date. See here for notes on when your first Joy-Mail order will ship.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITYWe make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Customer Service for additional information.
PRICING POLICYAll prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions are shipped via the USPS by the 10th of each month. Should an item be damaged during shipment, please send us a photo of the damaged item along with your full name to info@pageofjoy.com for replacement at no cost to you. We reserve the right to file a claim on your behalf with the carrier that is responsible for any incurred damage.
RETURN POLICY
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is very important to us. If you order an item from our store and find a need for return, don't worry about it- you can return most items to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Contact us here. Find Joy-Mail return information here.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it! If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. No need for concern- we will fully cover the shipping cost for both the return of the initial item as well as the shipping of your replacement. Please prepare clear photos of the damaged or defective item and contact us here.
STANDARD RETURNS
Our return policy allows returns on most products (see next section Joy-Mail returns) for in new or "like-new" condition. We must receive the return within 30 days of your initial order. Contact us here.
JOY-MAIL RETURNS

JOYFUL HERITAGE PERSONAL PLANNER & PRAYER JOURNAL, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:
With the purchase of a Joyful Heritage Personal Planner & Prayer Journal, we offer an extended 90 Day return period! You may return an unused planner, for any reason (no questions asked!) within 90 days of your purchase date for a refund.
What if my planner has been opened?
While the planner needs to be unused and in like-new condition to be accepted for return, you may open and remove the plastic and packaging. We know you need to be able to look inside to make your final decision about keeping the planner! Please include the Keepsake Box when returning a planner.
What if my planner is damaged or defective?
If you happen to receive a less-than-perfect product, simply e-mail us at info@pageofjoy.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Let us know the issue so we can make it right! We will take great care of you.
EXCHANGES
To exchange a standard item purchased in our online store, simply return your item and place a new order for the item you'd like in exchange. Contact us here.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Renewable subscriptions which are not prepaid will continue to auto-renew on the 20th of a given month and the item will ship on approximately the 10th of the following month.
Subscription orders which have been billed cannot be canceled. Due to the subscription nature, once your order has renewed it must be fulfilled. To learn about our risk-free guarantee and how to return a pack of Joy-Mail click here.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your personal account dashboard. (Learn more here.) Once canceled, your subscription account will receive no further charges. You may, however, still receive another delivery depending on the status of your account at the time of cancellation. (For example: if your subscription renews on the 20th of the month and you choose to cancel on the 21st, you will still receive the item which was billed on the 20th to be shipped by the 10th of the following month.)
Should your Joy-Mail be damaged during shipment, please send us clear photos of all damage along with your full name and order number for replacement at no cost to you. Contact us here.
